Is it the only cookbook you'll ever need? You decide!

Inside this cookbook you will find your way behind the scenes of exclusive culinary schools where food is as much an art form as it is a meal. Savoir Faire Cookbook, by Chef Pat Paternostro, opens up a world of cooking that other cookbooks only dream of showing you. And Pat's style is friendly and accommodating, making this a perfect resource for the novice or accomplished cook. "The recipes included in this book are a celebration of good taste and good living!" says Chef Pat.

What's inside? Recipes for every part of the meal, from:

  • Hors d' Oeuvres and appetizers
  • Starters and first courses
  • Soups and salads
  • Sauces, Fish and Shellfish
  • Meat, Poultry and Rice dishes.
  • Vegetables
  • An extensive Desserts, Dessert Sauces and Candies chapter
  • A complete chapter on Brunch menus, Cocktails, Tea, Coffee and Dessert drinksA special chapter simply titled Savoir Faire, in which instructions for sophisticated decorative treats like Pumpkin Bowls, Croustades, or Sugared Fruit or Floral ice cubes are given.

(For a complete listing of recipes, see the Recipes link.)

Chef Pat says, "Food and family are two of life's great joys. I hope that my private treasured collection of recipes will bring as much joy and celebration into your life as they have into mine."
